I think the Owner of the Dallas Cowboys named Jerry Jones need to fire both head Coach-
-Wade Phillips and Offensive Coordinator Jason Garrett and the rest of the coaching staff of-
-the Dallas Cowboys, and hire a much better coaching staff, with much better and tougher-
-head coach like Bill Parcells, who help take the Dallas Cowboys to the first the NFC Playoffs,-
-and which lost to the Seattle Seahawks, becasuse Quarterback Tony Romo messed up on,-
-holding the football, for the field goal kicker, which there field goal would of made the winning,-
-field, if Quaterback Tony Romo did not mess up holding the football.
The other way ,Dallas Cowboys Quarterback Tony Romo is ever going to lead the Dallas Cowboys to the NFC Playoffs and maybe the super bowl, Dallas Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones, -
-needs to put pressure on head coach Wade Phillips, to get himself and Offensive Coordinator-
-Jason Garrett to yell at and put more pressure on Dallas Cowboys Quarterback Tony Romo-
-to start playing better or if they need to ,they make Tony Romo sit on the bench , if he plays -
-really bad, in the earlier game, which casuse the Dallas Cowboys to lose a football game.
Dallas Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones should make Head Coach Wade Phillips switch quaterbacks-
-and have the new back-up Quaterback named Jon Kitna start a game as quarterback for the-
-Dallas Cowboys.
